Scheduling Your Reservation

Scheduling a reservation is as easy as calling our front desk at (770) 392-7337, or requesting an appointment through our website. Our therapists accept reservations by appointment only, so please plan accordingly.

Appointment Policy

The Ravinia Spa has a 24 hour appointment policy with a $50 fee.  If you need to reschedule, cancel or otherwise change your spa appointment, please be sure to give us 24 hour notice in order a avoid a potential $50 fee.

This policy also applies to late arrivals.

Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.

Payment and Gratuity

We gladly accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Ravinia Spa Gift Certificates, Spa Finder gift cards and gift certificates, and Nu Barter Gift Certificates. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

Gratuities may be added to your check-out total at your discretion in appreciation of the outstanding services our therapists provide. Customary gratuity ranges between 15-20 percent.

Arrival Time

We encourage and invite you to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to find our location leisurely.  We want you to feel relaxed when your service begins. Should you arrive late, however, this will simply limit the time for your treatment, potentially reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. In consideration of our other guests and members, your appointment may still end on time, so that others may still enjoy their spa services as previously scheduled.

Spa Comfort

Arrive at the spa wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, if possible, as you will be thoroughly relaxed after your treatment and your skin will be quite hydrated, as well. (Should you be coming straight from a work or less casual setting, you may want to pack a bag with your favorite comfy clothes and put them in your car the night before your appointment.) Of course, you are also welcome to come to the spa wearing whatever clothing you have been wearing that day, prior to your appointment.

For your service(s), you should disrobe to whatever level of comfort best suits you; above all, we want you to feel comfortable and relaxed in order to receive the maximum benefits of your treatment(s).  Most guests disrobe entirely.  Robes and gowns and full bedding are available and ready for your use.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to tell your therapist. We are here to provide you with exceptional comfort.

Spa Etiquette

Please refrain from smoking inside the spa. There is no smoking allowed anywhere within our building. Additionally, in order to maintain our atmosphere of tranquility and escape, we ask that guests speak softly.

Please try to avoid consuming caffeine immediately before your treatment.

Cell Phones

In deference to the soothing environment we strive to maintain for all of our guests, we ask that you please turn off your cell phone as well as any noise-emitting electronic devices once you enter the doors of our spa.
